Desired Skills and Experience

BS in an IT field and 2 years of experience, or 5 years of experience in lieu of degree
U.S. citizen willing to undergo background investigation and perform some work at Kirtland Air Force Base
Windows and Linux (RHEL, Fedora, Ubuntu) administration experience.
Familiarity with directory services OpenLDAP and Microsoft Active Directory, including management of Organizational Units (OUs), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and security groups.
Familiarity with Kerberos authentication protocol.
Able to manage virtual machines in VMware or VirtualBox environment.
Able to manage IP networks with knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VLANS, and routing.
Administration of local servers and accounts.
Participate in server operating system patch management.
Participate in Cyber Security Incident Response procedures when applicable.
Be able to support end users with technical support for hardware and software issues, workstation configuration, and account creation.
Excellent communication skills to work with multiple teams and end users
Must be able to work well with others and be able to handle multiple projects
Good understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure
Active Directory
Cisco networking equipment.
Linux+ Certification
MySQL experience
Visual Studio installation/configuration
Jenkins/Hudson
