Desired Skills and Experience
- Formulate and execute the overall project plan in consultation with business management and all relevant stakeholders.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team involving procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, R&D and marketing/sales.
- Align sub-projects and their goals, estimate and manage the budgets and timing.
- Drive and consolidate schedules of all disciplines and provide the integral master plan.
- Manage exceptions, risks and issues providing options to keep projects on target.
- Represent the project’s team into all relevant meetings like project reviews, milestone meetings etc.
- You have a higher university degree in Computer Science, Electronics or a similar relevant discipline.
- You have at least 8 years’ experience in project management, ideally in an international working environment.
- You have a profound knowledge of Software/Agile development and also deep experience into HW development.
- You have been exposed to system development and all its facets.
- You have excellent communication skills combined with strong leadership skills.
- You possess strong command of English and you are able to sustain complex technical conversations.
- You are a team player with a “can-do mentality” and a strong sense of ownership to get the job done in a practical and pragmatic way.
