Desired Skills and Experience
- Work with client stakeholders to complete Medallia system implementations and program management
- Includes customer experience management (CEM) design thinking, validating functional and technical requirements, performing system configuration and system testing, and supporting launch activities and communication
- Problem solving with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error delivering high quality work and adapting to new challenges, as an individual or as part of a team
- 1+ Years of Medallia system experience with an in-depth knowledge of Medallia system capabilities
- Experience in client-management
- Comfortable working with a virtual team
- Detail-oriented quality assurance needed for testing activities
- Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and understanding data-driven business decision making
- Education: BA/BS, with evidence of technical experience or equivalent relevant experience
- JavaScript, XML, CSS, HTML5 Experience with deployment tools to package and deploy components
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be willing to live and work in the Orlando, FL area
