If you are selected to join our Microsoft Tiger Team, you will be part of an elite global team that is at the forefront and works with our Global Sales teams focusing on various verticals to conceptualize solutions and increase win rate on Microsoft Platform.

This is a strategic role. You will be focusing on our strategic clients who are embarking on digital and cloud initiatives. You will work closely with the sales and delivery teams to drive solutions for large and complex programs. No one will define your solution for you. You will be involved during presales stage, offering advice on best fit Microsoft technologies, products and platforms, developing future state solution architectures and providing technology leadership and governance for the delivery of these programs.

You must be the best of the best to do this job. You will identify technology big bets, develop solution propositions around them, prototype and proactively take them to market. You will be seen and heard so your ability to communicate is paramount. You must be ready to network and collaborate with Microsft teams, Sales teams and Digital and business leaders of client organizations, develop viewpoints on industry and digital technology trends and how they can be realized through the Microsoft stack, publish viewpoints for industry consumption, and speak in reputed industry and Microsoft partner forums. Responsibilities In this role, you would be responsible for: Evangelism 

? Interfacing with both the client partner (Sales) and specialist solution architects to mentor and evangelize microsoft services. 

? Promote and position yourself as THE Microsoft subject matter expert for your partner. Pre-Sales Solution Architecture Consultation 

 ? Working with Client Partner and internal Infosys teams on high potential deals 

? Advise pre-sales & technical teams on best practice architectures for customer facing solutions.

? Driving partner-led Azure consumption in the high-potential accounts that will include the below: 

? Executing quick technical feasibility and proposal development for moving identified workloads to Azure (i.e. quick and dirty, comfortable with 80-20 rule) ? Building a technical and security architecture in Azure for the selected apps/workloads ? Lead compliance assessments and application portfolio assessment with the customer on designed Azure architecture ? Selecting a migration approach to lift and shift the workloads to Azure or architecting a greenfield development and/or production platform for new applications ? Executing limited POCs, if necessary ? Reporting to customer as business objectives / business value conditions are met ? Ensuring plan execution and Azure consumption targets are met ? Documenting and sharing technical best practices / insights with engineering and the architect community
 

Qualifications 

 ? More than 15 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years of experience in the areas of Digital & Cloud transformation and architecture   

?  Candidate should be open to business travel up to 70% 
? Should have personally lead & delivered one or more digital transformation program (size > $10m) successfully with tangible business outcomes using the microsoft technology stack
? Should have played the role of a solution architect in the past and should have personally lead a team of architects as part of large programs and provided guidance, coaching and mentoring to ensure technical quality of the program is met
? Should be able to do rough order of magnitude estimation and costing to determine the high level TCO for large programs
? Expert knowledge in one or more areas - Azure cloud services, Office 365 solution and Enterprise solutions like Dynamics
? Expert knowledge of technology trends like Serverless architecture, Microservices, Big Data, AI and Automation
? Good knowledge of key players (AWS, GCP, Oracle, IBM) and their offerings in the market
? Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
? Proven track record of driving partner led sales motion as well as building relationships with senior partner (SI and ISV) stakeholders
? Proven track record of building technical and business relationships with senior executives and growing wallet share in large or highly strategic accounts
? Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through
? Problem-solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, where and when needed, to do whats right for the customer and for the organization (i.e. think through workarounds, evaluate risk of various deployment options, etc.)
