Job description

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our growing company. The right candidate should beĀ  reliable, motivated, technically savvy, and have great people skills. Our best employees tend to be self starters, enjoy learning, and aren't afraid to work over 40 hours a week. Compensation is competitve.

Need to have: 2 years experience in IT Microsoft desktop support Microsoft Exchange Administration (O365, hosted Exchange) Backups administration (Rapid Recovery, Syncback, Jungle Disk, Datto) Active Directory experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Customer Service - Follow up, and follow through
Strong documentation skills Time management Team player Basic iOS/Android support Nice to have: Apple support experience Windows Server support MSP experience Computer Science or related degree Cyber security experience or interest IT Glue experience Project management experience
