Job Summary (Primary Purpose)
l Provide first level technical support and preliminary investigation to customer issues and service requests
Key Responsibilities and Duties
l Manage and track customers issuesl Provide support for certification of customer integrationl Provide timely response to incidents, outages and performance alertsl Troubleshoot customers issues using a variety of analytical and technical tools including developing innovative solutions and analyzing results.l Communicate technical issues (both verbal and written) in a manner that is easy for a non-technical audience to understand.
Experience and Skills
l 3+ years of technical support, client support or systems support experience.l Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencel Enterprise software support customer facing experiencel Experience with supporting Java applications running on Linuxl Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.) and ability to troubleshoot complex networking issues in Linux l Knowledge of system administration a plusl Passionate, enthusiastic, energetic team playerl Commitment to high qualityl Ability to multi-taskl Strong in problem solving and logical thinking
