Job DescriptionManage and lead the MSP Team. Duties include:Assign work to team membersProvide regular reports to leadership associated with team metricsProvide level three support to MSP Team members as they work through issues assigned to themReview, establish, and maintain policy and procedures associated with MSP operationsMaintain relationship with MSP customer and customer profile informationLead onboarding process for new customersLead offboarding process for customers exiting MSPProvide for the health and wellbeing of MSP Team membersPerformance reviews with MSP Team membersSubject Matter Expert (SME) for the applications used by the MSPMaintain datacenter assets until such time Beyond Impact decommissions the datacenter operationsLead projects related to the MSP (e.g. datacenter decommission)Manage technology requirements for the Beyond Impact (and affiliates) offices and office personnelMaintain equipment and services that support the Beyond Impact officesProvide help desk services to Beyond Impact (and affiliates) personnel as neededAll other duties as assigned QualificationsTechnical training or degree in IT that provided exposure to ITIL and related methodologies3 years of technical personnel management experience7 years of technical experience in the area of infrastructure administration and systems management2 years of Microsoft Azure experience – systems admin level understandingExperience working on simultaneous projectsAbility to prioritize work for yourself and others you may be asked to manageExperience providing level three support in an ITIL-based environmentUnderstanding of technical operations – internal and managed services operational approachAbility to communicate across all levels of an organization – internal and external to BIAbility to articulate technical solutions to non-technical employees/customersExperience in large IT organization(s)Knowledge ofCloud technologies, including SaaS, PaaS and IaaSCloud system engineering principles and considerationsIT security risksMicrosoft Certifications in Azure Cloud Service Offerings are a plusAdditional InformationFull-TimeSalariedBenefitsTravel nationwide possibleTravel locally likelyOpen Office WorkspaceBased in Minneapolis OfficeReports to Director of Managed Services and Infrastructure
