Interacting with clients via. chat, web- based TT systems, and telephone to resolve their problems and gather feedback3. Testing & analysis of all the provisions services.4. Identifying problems /issues in the system and assisting in their resolution.Education: BE(IT /Comm /E&TC /Elec), ME(IT /Comm /E&TC /Elec), B.Sc /M.Sc- Comm. BCS, MCS CCNA certification will be Preferred.
