What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assisting with desktop and network support for colleagues
  • Work alongside the web development team to support the transition and operation of its client web sites/applications in Microsoft Azure Cloud or client on-premises scenarios
  • Responsible for system updates, monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing end-user support
  • Develop scripts to automate build, software release, application deployment, and system and application management
  • Deploy services into both new and existing Microsoft Azure environments using an agile software development methodology
  • Liaise with 3rd party software and hardware vendors to manage and resolve incidents and technical issues
  • Documenting and keeping up-to-date standard operating procedures related to the duties of the position.

What You Need:

  • A genuine passion for technology
  • Ability to multitask and excellent time management skills
  • A desire to learn and grow technical knowledge
  • 2+ years’ experience in a System Administrator, Network Engineer, Cloud Administration and/or similar role
  • Experience working closely with the internal team to assist in implementing enterprise-class solutions based on the principles of redundancy, data integrity, security, and recoverability
  • 2+ years’ experience writing PowerShell scripts to automate systems administration functions
  • Experience with Windows Server (2016) and Desktop Environments (Win 10 and macOS Catalina)
  • Experience managing Office365, Active Directory, and Group Policy
  • Experience with DNS
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies including .NET/C#, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps builds and pipelines
  • Experience managing and maintaining 3rd party software and licenses that support the organization

What We’d Like to Find:

  • Experience with cloud environments (Azure)
  • Experience working in an agency environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer or electronics engineering, information technology or related
