The Technology team at our GSCs service all Lines of Business and Enterprise Technology in helping build and operate innovative industry leading solutions. The breadth of capabilities within the Technology team at the GSC enables it to support the firm in leading edge areas such as Digital, Big data analytics, Robotics & Machine Learning.
Cybersecurity & Technology Controls
CTC delivers streamlined and consistent solutions supporting JPMorgan Chase's Controls and IT Risk agendas with a focus on risk reduction, stability, security, delivery, resiliency and efficiencies. TC's focus on standardization, consistency and simplicity fosters long-term productivity, quality and innovation across JPMorgan Chase. The disciplines within this organization are Oversight & Controls Technology, Cloud Controls, Identity & Access Management, IT Risk & Controls, and Third Party Risk Management.
Global Identity & Access Management
Global Identity and Access Management team provides identity and access management solutions for the firm's infrastructure and applications. The team ensures that appropriate access controls are in place and applied effectively and continuously.
Database Technology Operations Analyst role will be responsible for delivering quality customer service to internal customers for fulfilling database access requests by leveraging multiple tools and systems for execution, you will be responsible for performing access administration daily functions in addition to driving security related projects and leading our automation efforts.
You will also be accountable for process improvement/definition, risk standards alignment, oversight, and assist leadership on the database administration functions. You will serve as a Liaison between clients and other technical groups to resolve access issues and will be responsible for complying with Information Technology Risk policies and standards. Ready to work on Flexible schedule in support of a global production environment.
Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in Identity and Access administration function, global operations and/or technology risk management
Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in Database Access administration skills (Oracle/MSSQL/Sybase)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with IT risk management framework and controls self-assessment process
Provide effective production support including accurate problem identification, ticket documentation and customer/vendor dialogue
Articulate the business value and impact of technical and non-technical information and understands when to escalate issues
Takes ownership of client issues ensuring appropriate parties are engaged for timely resolution
Uses organizational, time-management, and office automation skills to facilitate efficient job functionality and team goals
Demonstrated technical problem solving skills and a customer service focus
Experienced in Enterprise Change Management processes
Experienced in Incident management process using standard ticketing tool
