Job description

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Install, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to middleware products. Supply recommended Identity Management Solutions for business processes and challenges. Perform duties regarding engagement, change management, and escalations. Provide support for enterprise-sized web applications. Build cloud objects like Agents, ACOs, Policies, Domains, and User Directories using automation methods. Integrate third party Applications using SAML for both Inbound and Outbound communication from firm. Configure Policy Store, Key Store, and User Store. Educate application teams on how to integrate for Web Agent based Authentication and Authorization. Assist junior engineers with application-related questions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience as a System Analyst, Software Program Analyst, Software Developer, IT Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in lieu of Master's degree and two (2) years of experience.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following skills and technologies: Shell and Python scripting; cloud technologies such as AWS; administration and technical support of CA SSO and CA Directory; migrating applications from CA SiteMinder to other products such as Ping Federate or ForgeRock; embed SRE incorporating software engineering and applying to infrastructure and operations problems; and following Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approach to automate infrastructure provisioning, builds, configs management, and end-to-end product life cycle management.
